Listto Terms And Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Listto, a mobile app for creating and managing task lists and shopping lists.
Listto is operated by Manuel Jesus Acosta Martin, an individual in Mexico, under the trade name NewTaskDevelopers.

By using Listto, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Service Description
Listto lets you create, edit, organize, archive, export, and import task lists and shopping lists. It also lets you manage prices, quantities, coupons, shopping history, calendar reminders, search, categories, and other local features.
The current version is free, does not require an account, does not include ads, and does not provide Listto cloud sync.
2. Permitted Use
You may use Listto for personal, family, household, academic, or professional purposes, as long as you comply with these Terms and applicable laws.
You must not use Listto to:
- Engage in illegal, fraudulent, or rights-infringing activities.
- Store or share content you do not have the right to use.
- Attempt to alter, decompile, distribute unauthorized modified versions of, or interfere with the operation of the app.
- Use the app in a way that affects other services, app stores, or external platforms.
3. Your Content
The content you create in Listto, such as lists, tasks, products, notes, prices, and backups, remains yours.
You are responsible for the content you write, store, export, copy, or share from Listto. You are also responsible for reviewing that your lists, prices, quantities, coupons, and totals are correct before making decisions based on them.
4. Storage And Backups
Listto stores your data mainly on your device. The app includes export and import features to back up or transfer lists using files created by the app.
Exported files are not encrypted. You should store and share them carefully.
Listto does not guarantee that data can be recovered if you lose your device, uninstall the app, clear its data, import an incorrect file, or deny required permissions.
5. Calendar Reminders
If you choose to create a reminder, Listto may request access to the device calendar and create, update, or delete events related to your lists.
Delivery of calendar notifications may depend on the operating system, calendar app, device settings, battery saver, permissions, and external services. Listto does not guarantee that an alert will appear in every case.
6. Import And Export
Listto attempts to validate backup files before importing them. Even so, you should review the result of any import.
If you choose to replace your existing lists, the current content may be deleted and replaced by the content of the imported file. The app will ask for confirmation before a destructive action, but the final decision is yours.
7. Links And External Services
Listto may open external services, such as email, browser, Google Play, PayPal, the device calendar, or apps chosen from the system share sheet.
Those services are operated by third parties and are governed by their own terms and policies. Listto does not control their availability, operation, security, costs, fees, or data handling.
8. Voluntary Support
Listto may show a voluntary support link through PayPal. That support is optional and does not unlock features, digital products, subscriptions, premium licenses, or benefits inside the app.
The support link should not be interpreted as a charitable, tax-deductible, or tax-creditable donation unless express legal documentation states otherwise.
9. Future And Premium Features
We may develop premium features, subscriptions, one-time payments, sync, collaboration, or other features in the future.
Nothing in these Terms guarantees that those features will be published or that they are included in the current free version. If paid features or accounts are launched, additional terms may apply.
10. Intellectual Property
Listto, its name, design, icons, brand, code, texts, and visual elements are owned by their holder or used under the corresponding licenses.
These Terms do not transfer intellectual property rights over Listto to you. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app according to these Terms.
11. Availability And Changes
Listto is provided as available. We may modify, fix, update, suspend, or remove app features for technical, operational, legal, or security reasons.
We will try to keep the app stable and useful, but we do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted operation, or compatibility with every device.
12. Limitation Of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Listto and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential losses, or loss of data arising from the use or inability to use the app.
Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable rights you may have under consumer protection laws or other applicable laws.
13. Minors
Listto is not specifically directed to minors. If you are a minor, you must use the app with permission and supervision from your parent or legal guardian, as applicable in your jurisdiction.
14. Termination
You may stop using Listto at any time. You may also uninstall the app or clear its data from the operating system.
We may restrict or terminate access to future connected or paid features if these Terms, applicable policies, or current laws are violated.
15. Governing Law
These Terms will be interpreted under the laws of Mexico, without prejudice to mandatory rights you may have as a consumer in your country or region of residence.
16. Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms when the app, features, legal requirements, or business model change.
When a change is relevant, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, notify you inside the app or in the store listing.
